What are the shipping and delivery times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders from our suppliers to Australia-wide. Shipping typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks, though import and customs delays can extend shipping times beyond this window.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). 

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number.

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at contact@plantsandpeople.com.au right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
